ไปสีเขียวในการออกแบบบ้านในฝันของคุณ

When we think about home plans, it must be environmentally friendly. The temperature and the nature cycle is changing day by day, so it become need to design such a home plan which is eco-friendly and while construction it harms less to the natural cycle. To build the dream home plan which is eco-friendly we must go with some fix ideas. Decide our exact need When we think for home plan, firstly decide exactly what our basic needs are and what our family’s member wants’? Curtail the needs by increasing the common use areas. For example if your family is small adjust the dinning within kitchen, don’t go for a big separate dining hall or family hall, it saves energy of the family members to do the work while serving on dinning and useful for compact home plan design. Ultimately the construction area is decrease. Go for upper floors instead of demanding your architect all the needs on ground, by curtailing the ground floor construction area you save excavation of soil and the space for landscapes and plantation which help to keep your home fresh and well ventilated of course it also help to give best elevation for your home plan.
Site selection
Select the site for your home, so that the sufficient air and light is available, avoids going for construction in congested areas to keep your family members healthy. It is impossible to construct a healthy home without fresh natural air.
Avoid excesses use of Air Conditioners
Consult your architect for designing the green home so the it requires lesser use of air conditioners. The compressor of air conditioner releases the gas while cooling which harms the natural ozone layer of atmosphere. Use the cavity wall construction to keep your dream home naturally worm and cool.
Natural considerations
A home plan which utilizes passive solar energy for space heating is both economical and easy on the environment. Laying your house out on an east-west axis to face south and placing glass in that direction welcomes the sun's energy to heat your home in the winter months. A good passive solar design incorporates ways to insulate the glass at night, either through thick insulating curtains which can be rolled down or across the windows or with solid panels which can be moved into place. Another way to use the sun's heat, even when it's not shining, is to incorporate a great deal of thermal mass into the house design. Heavy masonry such as rock, tile, brick, or adobe can be used to build some of your home's interior, especially those parts which are bathed in sunlight during the day. To assist this process you can use dark colors which absorb heat, and keep these areas free of rugs and furniture. In the summer months this same thermal mass will help to keep the house cool. To reduce unwanted sunlight in summer you can design architectural features which automatically do this, such as large eaves which overhang the southern windows. Thick walls, such as those made with earth bag or straw bale construction also help in eliminating the effects of a high-angled summer sun. Also, you can plant tall, deciduous trees south of the house which shade it in summer but are bare in winter and allow the sun to shine through.
There are many things to think about in formulating home plans which are environmentally friendly. Green homes plans can be the most economical type of home plan as well as providing a comfortable and cozy living space the whole year round.
